Manoj Malhotra – Managing Director
Manoj Malhotra, a Chartered and Cost Accountant by profession, is an IT/ITeS/Investment Banking/ Management Consulting / Healthcare Outsourcing Industry veteran with more than two decades of experience of running global businesses for large transnational multibillion groups. Manoj was involved in setting up and managing the Technology Cross Border Investment Banking as well as the Internet M&A Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, India. He served as the founder CEO / Chairman of the Board on Avantha Business Solutions, Avantha Technologies and Pyramid Healthcare, the IT-ITeS Businesses of the $ 4.0 billion Avantha/Thapar group. Manoj has served as the President of the BPO Association of India and, is an active angel investor with the Indian Angel Network. Manoj and has served on a number of working groups and planning bodies for the Indian Central Government and various industry associations.
AartiBery Malhotra – CO-Managing Director
AartiBery Malhotra, a Chartered Accountant by profession from Deloiite India, has almost two decades of experience with MNCs like Reckitt Benckiser and American Express in areas like finance, treasury, consulting and corporate management. She has managed India delivery operations for large cross border financial analytics focused BPO businesses and is an active participant in a number of NGO and CSR initiatives.

Ramesh Rao – Vice President
Ramesh has about 20 years of work experience out of which about 15 years are in the US Healthcare outsourcing space. His experience in the US Healthcare span is across sales & marketing, technology and End-to-End RCM Operations and Client Management. He has handled mid to large sized Healthcare groups and hospitals and successfully transformed them into a partnership business model. In his span of 15 years he has served senior management roles in various large RCM companies and also served on their Boards. His core competence is handling end-to-end Billing Operations for all size Healthcare provider practices with focus to maximize practice revenue and profitability.
